Tom and his wife, Joan, live in Fort Recovery, Ohio. They are the parents of three children; Ryan (Carrie) Lamm, Nicole (Roger) Heitkamp, and Eric(Lindsey Wellman) Lamm. Tom became a grandfather for the first time in May of 2010 and now has 8 grandkids. Tom is a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and attended several post graduate schools. He also was Ohio Operations director for a National Farm Organization prior to his insurance career. Tom is co-owner of the agency. His wife is retired from the United States Post Office and is enjoying her time at home with the grandchildren.

Ryan and his wife Carrie, live in Fort Recovery. They are the parents of three boys, Owen, Kaden, and Brody. Ryan is a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and graduated from Wright State University in Management. Ryan is a partner at the Agency. His wife Carrie is employed by Danfoss in Van Wert, Ohio as an accountant. In his free time, Ryan enjoys coaching and playing sports with his boys.

Jerome and his wife Theresa have been married for 38 years and live in Yellow Springs, OH. They have four children: Dylan, Martin, Samuel and Eileen. Currently, they have seven grandchildren. Jerome is a graduate of Ft. Loramie High School, attended Knox College and is retired from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine after 38 years. Theresa is a retired certified Nurse Practitioner. Jerome started with Lamm’s Insurance in 1996 and is currently the president of the Yellow Springs Arts Council.

Matt resides in St. Mary’s. Matt holds a bachelors degree in economics and is an “Accredited Investment Fiduciary.” He is licensed in property and casualty, and life and annuities. He specialized in life insurance and small business solutions. Matt enjoys golfing and boating in his free time.

Zach and his partner Kiana live in Celina, Ohio. They are parents of two cats: Thor and Loki. Zach is a graduate of Van Wert High School and The University of Toledo. His partner, Kiana, is employed by Reynolds & Reynolds Co, Celina, Ohio as a Data Specialist. Tracy and her husband Mark, live in Maria Stein, Ohio. They have been married for 34 years and are the proud parents of 6 children: Ryan, Kyle (Darian), Emily (Grant Nieszala), Tyler, Troy, and Brayden. They also have two grandchildren, Harvey and Ada Mescher, and a third is due in November 2024. Tracy and Mark are both graduates of Marion Local High School. Tracy has been employeed with Lamm’s Insurance Agency for 26 years as an agent/customer service rep. Mark is employed by Precision Strip Inc., in Minster, Ohio as a line supervisor. Tracy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family, watching Brayden and her nieces and nephews play sports, traveling, and baking wonderful baked goods for the office in her free time.

Erin and her husband Trent live in Maria Stein. Erin is a graduate of Marion Local High School and both she and Trent are graduates of the University of Dayton. Erin is part time at Lamm’s Insurance Agency and has been with the agency for 20 years. Trent is full time at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio as a Systems Manager. They are the parents of 4 children. Samuel (Emily), Charles, Stella and Oliver. Sam got married in August of 2024. Charles and Stella are in college at Bowling Green State University and Oliver is still in high school at Marion Local. Erin enjoys reading, exercising, and being a part of the St. John’s Mixed Choir where she sings and plays piano.

Sue and her husband Ken live in Coldwater, Ohio. They are the parents of two children: Jesica (Dan) Hemmelgarn, Burkettsville, OH and Shannon (Keith) Schwieterman, St. Henry, OH. They are the proud grandparents of 4. Sue is a graduate of Coldwater High School. Her husband is retired from Crown Equipment, New Bremen, OH where he was a KANBAN Coordinator. In their free time, Sue and Ken enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, camping and reading a good book.

Chris lives in Wapakoneta, Ohio with his wife Yvonne. They are the parents of 2 children: Harrison and Stephanie. Chris is a graduate of Wapakoneta High School and DeVry Institute of Technology. Chris is owner of Sorenson Insurance Agency in Wapakoneta, Oh specializing in Crop Insurance. Yvonne is employed by Sorenson Insurance Agency. Chris enjoys playing the saxophone in a local string band and buying and fixing up Jeeps.

Brad (known to friends as Pac-Man) lives in Chickasaw, Ohio with his wife Angie. They are the parents of two children: Ellie and Carter. Brad is a graduate of Marion Local High school and completed some college at the University of Findlay. Angie is employed by Crown Equipment in New Bremen, Ohio as a credit and collection specialist. Brad has been owner and DJ of Pac-Man Productions DJ Service since 1993. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, friends and neighbors, especially around a campfire.

Lisa enjoys watching her children’s sporting events, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.
